Peter and Anthony first met in college and have been close friends for over 25 years. Early in their careers, they were roommates in Manhattan while building their foundations in finance. Over time, their professional paths diverged—each developing deep expertise in complementary areas.

Peter became a highly regarded portfolio manager, refining his discipline at one of the nation's leading family offices, before serving as Chief Investment Officer at Strategic Wealth Partners, where he is now Chief Strategist. Anthony built experience across venture capital, private markets, and wealth advisory work, developing a strong focus on client communication and long-term planning.

Though their careers evolved independently, they remained close friends and collaborated periodically. They ultimately reunited to form Soleil Capital Advisors—bringing together institutional-grade investment expertise and a clear, straightforward advisory approach. With over 20 years in finance, Anthony has worked across public and private markets and multiple asset classes, including venture capital, wealth management, and commercial real estate. That experience shapes how he applies disciplined risk management and long-term capital allocation principles for business owners and professionals, as well as pre-retirees and retirees.

A longtime client of Peter's, Tim was so impressed with the team's disciplined approach and client-first philosophy that he joined as a Senior Advisor to support clients seeking fixed income expertise, income strategy, and wealth preservation guidance. His deep understanding of interest rate structures, bond markets, and institutional portfolio dynamics adds significant depth to our client service. How do you charge for your services?

We work on a fee-based model through Strategic Wealth Partners. Our fee structure is transparent and aligned with your best interests. We'll discuss this in detail during our initial conversation and provide a clear explanation of all costs before you make any commitment.

What's your typical client profile?

We typically work with pre-retirees and retirees with about $2 million to $10 million in investable assets, business owners planning for liquidity events, and corporate executives with complex compensation structures. Our clients value technical expertise, tax-efficient strategies, and personalized service.

How often do we meet?

We typically meet with clients quarterly for comprehensive portfolio reviews, especially for new clients, with additional meetings as needed for specific planning questions or market updates. We're also available by phone and email between scheduled meetings whenever questions arise.

What makes you different from other advisors?

Three things distinguish our approach: Peter's CFA credentials and institutional portfolio management background. Our 25-year partnership means we work seamlessly together—this is a long-standing professional relationship, not a team recently assembled. Do you work with clients remotely?

Absolutely. The majority of our clients work with us via video conferencing and phone, and we've built our practice to deliver the same high-touch experience whether you're in Massachusetts or anywhere else in the U.S. We use secure technology for document signing, portfolio reviews, and ongoing communication. Many of our clients prefer the convenience of virtual meetings, while local clients have the option of meeting in person at our offices in Newton, Wellesley, or the North Shore.

What's your investment philosophy?

We believe in disciplined, evidence-based portfolio construction with an emphasis on tax efficiency, risk management, and downside protection. We're not trying to beat the market—we're trying to help you reach your goals with an appropriate level of risk. Peter personally reviews every portfolio and makes adjustments based on both market conditions and your evolving needs.

Peter and Anthony have been friends for 25 years. Over the years, they built expertise in different areas: Peter in institutional portfolio management (leading family offices, Strategic Wealth Partners CIO and Chief Strategist), and Anthony in venture capital, business transitions, and wealth advisory work.
